hi, i'm 21, and think i'm a late bloomer; lol... i've got very little facial hair and i'm 5foot 5 inches tall !!!

Is this normal though?????? Could i correct this???

This may sound crazy, but it does work for alot of people. Mix together a little olive oil, lemon juice and Sugar. The white granulated kind. Mix nearly equal amounts of each together. Adjust the amount of the ingredients to kepp the consistancy thick and paste like. Then, using your fingers, rub lightly in small circles, all over your face. Work the grainy paste slowly over your skin. You may wish to concentrate on troubled areas, but not for too lomg. When you feel you have covered enough area, which should take just a few minutes, Rinse very well with lukewarm or tepid water. Repeat with a little cooler water and be sure to remove all the sugar granules off your skin. Pat dry or blot to dry your skin. Never rub with a towel. Your skin will feel so wonderful and shoud be free of anything blocking pores and your skin should feel smooth and soft. This is a great exfoliant for any part of the body too. Be sure to follow up with a good toner and moisterizer.

There is nothing you can do about getting the facial hair other than keeping it shaved until you think you want facial hair as part of your appearance. Personally, I think the peach fuzz look is kinda funny... I would shave it till you get older and it has developed more.

Not doing so makes long peach fuzz under your nose look like you're trying to look older than you are - or more macho. It is a misconception that shaving hair makes it grow back fuller. Maturity does this. As you age, your facial hair will naturally get heavier whether you shave it or not. The only downside to starting to shave at your age is that it's a pain in neck and you'll have to do it longer than most males. Good luck.

I just turned 16 at the start of June and I have hair on my upper lip, chin, cheeks and neck. I started getting facial hair when I was almost 14.

It's still not as thick as it can get, there's still a spot in the middle of my upper lip underneathe my nose that doesn't have any. It's also in the process of connecting in an arch from my sideburns to my moustache.

I'm 22 and i'm still developing a beard. i think it takes a long time. It's not like one day you have a baby face and the next a full grown beard that appears overnight. It takes time to develop and i think it develops throughout your entire life. Shave it as many times as you like but i don't think that it will speed up the process. However bumfluff is not attractive to the ladies.

I want to tell you about the best razor ever which is the Venus shaver for women..its so good my hubby the former Marine current bad *** Army guy loves it too! Skintimate shaving cream is great because its soo soothing(i shave all over..well i am a girl lol) but still. Cocoa butter is great after to soothe those red bumps and stuff you have. The best thing ever that you could do that would change the the red irritated skin for good would be. After you take a hot shower and your skin is nice and warm..your pores open up..then put on the shaving cream and then shave! Never just throw water on your face and shave. Hope this helps. :)

Waxing and over the counter stuff requires maintenance. The laser method is permenant and I've not heard of it causing cancer. It's her choice.

I do know from personal experience that if you wax consistently you will eventually notice the hair less often. and you do get used to it.

Well if your friend is on medication that might be causing the hair to grow like this then there isn't much you can do. If waxing doesn't work and none of the other things work then laser is the next thing in my mind but you can try going to a professional and have them do the waxing, it is different when someone else does it.

Oh, she can also talk to her doctor about aldactone (spironolactone). This can help decrease the amount of hairs, but it also decreases the rest of your body hair.
