Hello, I've been concerned that I look stupid, bad, etc because of my facial hair and am wanting to get other opinions. Thank you all for your help!

Lets See here i think you look fine there is nothing that need to be fixed, but you want a a different look?

Then try something like shave the sides, to a number two or even if you dare to a number one, let the top of the hair about and inch so longer that the sides, then style with a little gel, pop up the bangs or go crazy with it.

Now, With the facial hair you need to keep it clean with this look, etheir try not having any at all , or making it into a lock

which is the mustach and no sides beard, keep it sorta short.

I think you look fine though.

Your profile is great. But for the shape of your face, I think you could use a fuller look in the hair department. Facial hair looks okay....better would be something more defined.

this happens to me also..i have this thick cetaphil hand cream, and i usually put some of that around my lips and chin..not enough to be all goopy or anything, just a little bit, and i rub it in like i would my regular moisturizer. this acts as a bit of a barrier. you could also ask your boyfriend to rub some moisturizer into his facial hair every so often throughout the day. he doesn't have to douse it or anything, but continually using it will soften up the hairs so it doesn't irritate you as much. if he's a good man, he'll do it for you.

Eventually your skin won't be affected by it. I was the same way at first with my boyfriend (he has a full beard) but now it doesn't bother me.

This happens to me too. I just deal with it in the moment and tell him later he has to shave soon.

I went throught puberty normal. I been had pubic hair and amrpit hair since 12. My father can grow facial hair. About a year ago 3 scraggly thin hairs came in under my chin and it never increase ever since. If i try to let it grow it only grow to about a 8th of an inch and stops completly. I want to grow a full beard. I dont want u to say im lucky because people that can grow full beards have a choice. shaving is not a pain, its fun. I really want to be able to grow a full beard soon

The only thing that makes hair grow in a weird way is either DNA or special conditioning, ie: like when you make a tree grow out to the side instead of straight up.

He's fine to keep shaving, the only thing shaving has been "known" to do is cause the hair to grow back faster on occasion, or possibly cause ingrown hairs.

Yes.

I've know some fuzzy monks. The bald head thing is traditional. Another word for traditional is old fashioned.

Originally, shaving your head was to unattach yourself from your civilian role. Now a days, modern monks can easily be attached to their roles as being old fashioned monks with their heads shaved. At this point, it's better not to concern monks with their hair at all, this way there is nothing to be attached or unattached to.

The lama I used to hear for lam rim teachings had a goatee-sort of thing. He was a little crazy, though, I must say...and he was even one born, raised, and went through his training in Nepal. (One of his favorite stories was about how he and another potential monk broke out of the monastery one night when they were about 15-16 and went off to see movies...)
