Guys, need some help with facial hair?

So I'm 16 years old, and have been shaving regularly for a few years. My question is, is it normal to have facial hair growth right under where your bottom lip is? I know its normal in the center under the bottom lip, but i have growth all the way across the bottom. Is that normal?

I have a small amount of hair under both sides of my lip. Its blonde which is funny cause all my other hair is nearly black. Its easy to shave off so its not a problem.

You gotta remember some guys have hardly any hair and others grow an extreme amount of hair. Nothing wrong with it.
